Lukashenko inspected experimental fields in his homeland

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko inspected experimental fields in the Mogilev and Vitebsk regions, BelTA reports.

In the people, these fields are also called "presidential". Every year, on these fields, at the junction of two regions, Belarusian agrarians conduct experiments important for the whole country, sowing various crops, comparing domestic and imported varieties, strictly observing technologies and crop rotation principles. Then the best experience is spread throughout the country.
 
"This year, corn for grain (various varieties) and grasses - clover, alfalfa, a mixture of 'clover - timothy' have been sown in these fields. Having inspected all the crops, the President assessed them as very good, and even close to ideal," the Telegram channel "Pool of the First" wrote.
 
The head of state thanked the workers of the National Academy of Sciences and everyone who participated in this work, including the farmers who work on this land.
 
As is known, the President pays great attention to agriculture. The development of this sector as a whole is under the constant control of the head of state. The President personally conducts experiments to stay abreast of the latest trends, test technologies and new types of crops. Then the best and most successful developments are widely implemented.
