Lukashenko approved the State Investment Program for 2024
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko approved the State Investment Program for 2024. The corresponding decree No. 119 was signed on March 29, the press service of the Belarusian leader informed BELTA.
A total of 120 facilities are included in the State Investment Program this year, 41 of which are planned to be commissioned. It is also planned to start financing the construction (reconstruction) of 16 new facilities, including 4 road construction facilities, 2 family-type orphanages, 2 hospitals, and 4 infrastructure facilities.
Approximately Br2.1 billion is allocated for the financing of the facilities included in the program, with more than 80% of this amount intended for the implementation of the state programs "Roads of Belarus", "People's Health and Demographic Security", "Ensuring Law and Order", "Agrarian Business", "Border Security", "Education and Youth Policy", "Housing Construction", and others.
State capital investments and funds from the national development fund are allocated to social facilities, including healthcare, education, culture, sports, water de-ironing stations, rental housing, including for military personnel.
