By the Decree of the President of Belarus, issues of alienation of property of persons from unfriendly countries have been adjusted

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 91, which, based on accumulated practice, amends subparagraph 2.13 of paragraph 2 of Decree No. 93 of March 14, 2022 "On additional measures to ensure the stable functioning of the economy". This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

In particular, the adopted Decree defines cases where obtaining permission and paying a fee are not required when alienating property of persons from unfriendly foreign states.

The Council of Ministers is also granted the right to clarify issues of applying the provisions established by this subparagraph.
 
The issue of the need to make relevant changes was discussed on January 18 of the current year at a meeting of the President of Belarus with the leadership of the Council of Ministers.
