Head of State Alexander Lukashenko sent greetings to the participants of the republican final competitions among children and adolescents in ice hockey "Golden Puck" for the prizes of the President of the Republic of Belarus. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

"Thanks to perseverance and patience, you have confidently passed through a rigorous selection process and earned the right to compete on the best ice arenas in the country," the greetings read.

The President emphasized that playing hockey teaches, first and foremost, to work hard, to work in a team, and to be friends, it shapes character and tempers willpower.
Alexander Lukashenko expressed confidence that the participants of the competition will do everything possible to lead their team to the coveted podium: "May you, dear children, have ambitious goals and great victories in sports, studies, work, and life ahead of you. I wish you good health and success."
