Lukashenko approved draft intergovernmental agreements with Equatorial Guinea

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed decrees approving, as a basis for negotiations, draft agreements with Equatorial Guinea. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

In particular, a draft intergovernmental agreement on the promotion and mutual protection of investments has been approved. The Ministry of Economy is authorized to conduct negotiations on this document, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is authorized to sign it upon reaching an agreement within the approved draft.

The Ministry of Taxes and Duties is authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft intergovernmental agreement for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion with respect to taxes on income and property. The Ministry of Taxes and Duties is authorized to sign the document
