Lukashenko announced Belarus and Kazakhstan's common approaches to the development of integration processes
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the national holiday – Republic Day. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
In Belarus, the steps taken by Kazakhstan to strengthen sovereignty and territorial integrity, large-scale transformations in the economy and social sphere, and efforts to build constructive relations both within the multinational state and in foreign policy are highly appreciated, the President emphasized.
"The roots of the friendship between our peoples lie in our shared history, the interweaving of human destinies, and the common trials that befell Belarusians and Kazakhs in the 20th century," the congratulatory message reads. "The two countries have similar approaches to the development of integration processes, the deepening of international partnership and cooperation, which are reflected at the platforms of leading world forums."
The Head of State expressed confidence that the atmosphere of trust and understanding established between Minsk and Astana will continue to contribute to the creation of new opportunities for unlocking the potential of mutually beneficial cooperation.
Alexander Lukashenko wished Kassym-Jomart Tokayev good health, successful implementation of all his plans, and the friendly people of Kazakhstan – peace and prosperity.
