Lukashenko held a series of phone calls with foreign leaders
On August 30, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko held a series of telephone conversations with foreign leaders. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Head of State.
Current issues on the bilateral agenda, as well as pressing matters of the regional and international situation, were discussed with President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
Promising areas for the development of Belarusian-Kazakh cooperation were considered during a conversation with President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The leaders of the countries also exchanged views on international issues.
A telephone conversation also took place between Alexander Lukashenko and the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
During personal communication, as well as in numerous messages, the heads of foreign states warmly congratulated the President of Belarus on his birthday.
