Lukashenko signed the law on the people's militia
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed the law "On People's Militia," the presidential press service informed BELTA.
The document establishes the legal framework for the voluntary participation of citizens in ensuring martial law, introduced in the administrative-territorial (territorial) units of the republic, as well as additional conditions for assisting territorial internal affairs bodies in the exercise of their powers and for protecting property of all forms of ownership from criminal and other encroachments.
