The water continues to rise
As of April 5, 2023, the water level of the Western Dvina River was 10 meters 26 centimeters, with a daily increase of 12 centimeters.
16 farmsteads and 4 sections of public roads, as well as the access road to the village of Lunacharskoye, have been flooded.
Further water level rise is forecast in the coming days.
