Representatives of the Verkhnedvinsk district as part of the Vitebsk region delegation

Representatives of the Verkhnedvinsk district, as part of the Vitebsk region delegation, are heading to the Palace of the Republic in Minsk, where today the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko will deliver a Message to the people and the National Assembly.

Verkhnedvinsk region is represented by the Chairman of the District Executive Committee Vasily Shilov, the Chairman of the District Council of Deputies Irina Kozel, the Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee Tatyana Sevalkina, the Director of OJSC "Invette" Sergey Gromadko, the Director of OJSC "Shaiterovo" Mikhail Gumnenkov, and the Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper "Dvinskaya Pravda" Yanina Pakulevich.
