PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCTING
OPEN SESSION OF THE DISTRICT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Attendance of individuals, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities at an open session of the district executive committee is possible only by prior appointment.
Prior appointments for those wishing to attend an open session of the district executive committee are made from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the organizational and personnel department of the district executive committee (administrative building of the district executive committee, office 23, phone 6 39 00).
Prior appointments for those wishing to attend an open session of the district executive committee close at 1:00 PM on April 16, 2026.
Individuals, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities are registered to attend an open session based on an identity document and documents confirming their authority.
The number of attendees at the district executive committee meeting cannot exceed the number of seats in the meeting room.
The use of audio and video recording devices, as well as mobile phones, by attendees at the district executive committee meeting is prohibited.
