The leadership of the Verkhnedvinsk district sent congratulations on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus!
Dear residents and guests of Verkhnedvinsk District!
We sincerely congratulate you on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus!
Our state is young in its sovereign history, but self-sufficient and dynamically developing. Its strength lies in the fact that it is a country for the people; the interests of the people, reflected in the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, are the foundation of our statehood. The Basic Law was developed and adopted by the people themselves; it enshrined the legal, political, and ideological characteristics of the state and society, and clearly defined the priorities of national development. It is the Constitution that provides for all the rights and freedoms of citizens, based on the principles of justice, legality, and order, which is the key to successful development.
Our common goal is to embody the values enshrined in the supreme Law in everyday life, to strengthen national unity, and to carefully preserve historical and cultural heritage. This is especially important for educating the younger generation in the spirit of love for the Fatherland, their small homeland, and loyalty to their native land.
By tradition, on Constitution Day, a large-scale event "Laborious Verkhnedvinsk Region" is held in our district, where we honor our fellow countrymen who have achieved the best results in various fields of activity and who prove themselves to be worthy citizens of their country. They serve as an example to the younger generation, to whom their main document – the passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus – will be presented on this day. Along with this important document, young men and women will receive words of encouragement to work fruitfully, to glorify their native country with high achievements, and to be united in their pursuit of peace and creation.
We wish everyone health, kindness, mutual understanding, and new achievements for the benefit of the Fatherland.
