On the issuance of certificates
When filling out the forms of certificates issued to citizens who have been officially granted the status of a participant in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl NPP disaster, it is proposed to indicate, along with the article of the Law specifying the benefits, information that the holder of the certificate is a participant in the liquidation.
The issuance of certificates in this manner will be possible both upon the citizen's initial application for a certificate and for those who currently hold certificates.
Participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl NPP disaster who hold a certificate will be issued a duplicate upon their application in the established manner, which will be issued with the updated entry. Such a duplicate is issued in exchange for the existing certificate, which is withdrawn and attached to the personal file of the participant in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl NPP disaster.
