Getting Better: Belarusbank to Conduct Large-Scale Technological Work

To enhance the reliability and quality of services, Belarusbank is carrying out a large-scale software update. During the planned technological work, service will be provided with a reduced list of operations.

 

Specifically, for individuals from December 22 to December 29 (until 15:00), the following will be unavailable: issuance of personalized payment cards (with holder information imprinted) at branches (including operational services), in the M-Belarusbank application, internet banking, on the bank's website, and via the bank's Contact Center; issuance of duplicate and reissued payment cards, including credit cards.

The main work will be carried out from December 24 to December 29 (until 15:00).

From December 24, a number of operations will be unavailable:

- From 14:00, it will be impossible to submit an application for loans (overdrafts), conclude loan agreements, additional agreements to them, loan security agreements, as well as to submit and accept applications for loan servicing. Issuance of certificates will also be unavailable.

- From 15:30, it will be impossible to transfer funds under loan agreements.

- From 17:30, operations on deposit and current accounts will not be available. Until the specified time, pension receipts and other account operations will be available without restrictions.

Loan payments through ERIP will be unavailable from December 24 (from 17:30) to January 7. The operation for repaying Belarusbank loans will resume on December 29 (from 15:00).

On December 27 (from 01:00 to 10:00) and December 28 (from 01:00 to 10:00), there may be interruptions in the operation of the bank's payment cards and services using them in Belarus and abroad, as well as cards of other banks in ATMs, self-service terminals, the M-Belarusbank application, and on the financial institution's website.
