Submission of electronic appeals to state bodies and other state organizations

Since January 2, 2023, amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 No. 300-Z "On Citizens' and Legal Entities' Appeals" have come into force. This law establishes the submission of electronic appeals by citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities of the Republic of Belarus to state bodies and other state organizations exclusively through the state unified (integrated) republican information system for recording and processing citizens' and legal entities' appeals (hereinafter referred to as the appeals system). User access to the appeals system is provided through a website on the global computer network Internet at the address https://обращения.бел/ .

To submit an electronic appeal, you need to register on the website ОБРАЩЕНИЯ.БЕЛ and fill out the form, stating the essence of the issue, attach the necessary files, and select the organization to which you wish to submit the appeal. Access to this system is provided free of charge.

You can submit an electronic appeal on the website ОБРАЩЕНИЯ.БЕЛ at any convenient time without incurring costs for postage or visits, and also track its status in your personal account. Through the personal account in the appeals system, it is also possible to withdraw your appeal.

Electronic appeals are considered in the manner established for the consideration of written appeals. Answers (notifications) to electronic appeals are sent through the appeals system, except for cases where the applicant requests a written response in their electronic appeal.
