OF THE OPEN MEETING OF THE DISTRICT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Attendance of individuals, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities at the open meeting of the district executive committee is possible only by prior appointment.

Prior registration for those wishing to attend the open meeting of the district executive committee is carried out from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Department of Organizational and Personnel Work of the District Executive Committee (administrative building of the District Executive Committee, office 23, phone 6 39 00).

Prior registration for those wishing to attend the open meeting of the district executive committee ends at 1:00 PM on November 19, 2025.

Individuals, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities are registered to attend the open meeting based on an identity document and documents confirming their authority.

The number of attendees at the district executive committee meeting shall not exceed the seating capacity of the meeting hall.

The use of audio and video recording devices, as well as mobile phones, by attendees at the district executive committee meeting is prohibited.
