On holding the special complex event "HUNT"

Verkhnedvinsk State Inspectorate of Natural Resources informs that from October 1 to December 31, 2025, the State Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora under the President of the Republic of Belarus will conduct a special comprehensive event "HUNTING" in order to improve the quality control of compliance with environmental legislation and prevent violations in the field of hunting during the autumn-winter season.

This event is aimed at:

strengthening control over the organization and conduct of hunts by citizens and officials of hunting ground users;

improving forms and methods of interaction with law enforcement agencies and hunting users in order to remove illegal means of wild animal harvesting from circulation;

intensifying preventive work, including with the local population, in order to obtain information about illegal hunting, as well as the storage of illegal means of wild animal harvesting, with particular attention to their voluntary surrender;

identifying cases of illegal hunting and poaching.
