The IX district festival "August Spas" was held in the agro-town of Borkovichi

Last Saturday, the village of Borkovichi hosted the participants of the district festival "Zhnivenski Spasy". Natalya Andreeva, Deputy Chairperson of the District Executive Committee, took part in the festive events. The festive service was conducted by Archpriest Vladimir Leshkevich.

Concert programs featured wonderful performances by vocal groups from Shaiterovo Secondary School (Head: Shaiterenok Regina Viktorovna), Leonishensky Rural Cultural House, Dernovich Club-Library, and the ensemble "Svyata".

Lunacharsk Boarding House "Family Comfort", "Kalina" from Borkovichi Rural Cultural House, the vocal-instrumental ensemble "Charodei" from Borkovichi Rural Cultural House, and soloist Antonina Kazachenok.

Nine organizations of the Borkovichi Village Council participated in the "Generous Table" culinary masterclass fair.

The "Apple Braid-Beauty" show contest was held as part of the festival. Six contestants of different ages competed for victory.

Shcherbenok Alexandra won the show contest in the Miss "Apple Braid-Beauty 2025" nomination, and Shnitko Irina won in the Mrs. "Apple Braid-Beauty 2025" nomination.

The other participants were recognized with victories in individual nominations.
