Viktor Kovalev (pictured) is sixteen years old. Day after day, he battles multiple congenital and acquired developmental disorders.

The boy has thoracic meningo-radiculocoele, subcompensated hydrocephalus, lower paraplegia, and Arnold-Chiari malformation. This list of diseases deprives the boy of a normal life and can provoke more dangerous illnesses. He urgently needs treatment at a specialized facility.

The young man requires an expensive specialized wheelchair and medical procedures.
