On June 12, an open broadcast of the webinar "Everything You Need to Know About Providing Loans for Housing Construction" will be held on the NCZPI YouTube channel at 10:30 AM.
On June 1, 2025, the conditions for state support in housing construction were changed in the country. The innovations were enshrined in the decrees of the Head of State of March 6, 2025, No. 94 "On Amending the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus" and No. 95 "On State Support for Housing Construction."
In the NCZPI studio, the Deputy Head of the Main Department of Construction and Housing Policy – Head of the Housing Policy Department of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic, Inna Pinkovskaya, will speak.
In the live broadcast, the speaker will talk about innovations in the system of state support for citizens in the construction or acquisition of housing, including: forms of state support provided to citizens from June 1, 2025; which categories of citizens can receive state support for housing construction or acquisition; conditions and procedure for providing state support.
The representative of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction will also thoroughly cover the improved approaches to housing construction under state orders and the sale of constructed housing. In particular, it will be explained: how state orders work from June 1, 2025; who can claim to purchase housing built under a state order; conditions and procedure for acquiring such housing.
