Restoring order on the land is a common cause for all

During the Year of Improvement in the Verkhnedvinsk district, as well as throughout the Republic of Belarus, special attention is paid to the improvement of settlement territories.

 

Bringing order to the land is not only an important state task but also the civic duty of each of us.

However, unfortunately, not all land users conscientiously fulfill their obligations. And there are many such examples: some have dumped garbage or construction materials, some have a crooked fence, some have completely forgotten that their land plot needs to be improved.

Bringing order to our settlements is the duty of every citizen, as defined by law. In accordance with the Land Code of the Republic of Belarus, such obligations include, for example:

- measures for the improvement and efficient use of lands and land plots,

- protection of lands from pollution (littering) with waste,

- prevention of overgrowth of lands with woody and shrubby vegetation (plantings) and weeds.

For violations of land use order and requirements for its protection, in accordance with Article 16.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus, liability is provided with a fine for individuals up to 20 base units.

We recommend all land users of the Verkhnedvinsk district, in order to avoid administrative liability, to bring order to their adjacent territories, garden plots, adjacent public lands, and not to allow them to be overgrown with woody, shrubby, and weed vegetation. Dry woody, shrubby, and weed vegetation often causes fires. Think about whether it is worth violating the law or whether it is better to take timely measures to maintain proper order on the land.
