This portal provides a convenient way for citizens to express their opinion on the quality of services provided by state organizations to the public. It is accessible on the Internet at: http://quality-of-services.by.

You can use the Portal and rate the quality of service using a computer or smartphone. To do this, you need to go to the main page of the Portal: http://quality-of-services.by/ or scan a special QR code.

To access the rating, a citizen must be registered on the Portal and log in before rating (this involves a simple registration using a login and password, or you can use the data from existing Google, Yandex, or VKontakte accounts).

An additional registration method is via a mobile phone number with SMS confirmation (for feedback mechanisms and to increase accountability for comments left).

The quality of services is assessed based on 5 criteria. If desired, you can leave a more detailed review of the organization's work or a specific specialist in the "Comment" field.
