The Verkhnedvinsk District Sports and Fitness Club celebrates its anniversary

Today marks the 20th anniversary of the "Verkhnedvinsk District Physical Culture and Sports Club".

The "Dvina" club was established in 2005 under the Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of the District Executive Committee. In 2018, the "Impuls" Physical Culture and Sports Complex, which includes a swimming pool, a gym, a fitness hall, and a bath complex, was added to the club's facilities. The institution organizes classes in sports such as swimming, fitness, volleyball, aqua aerobics, ice hockey, football, and general physical training. A total of 96 adults and 145 children are engaged in 15 clubs and groups. The club's director, Anatoly Kiselevich, stated: "I would like to express special gratitude to the people who make a significant contribution to promoting a healthy lifestyle. These are the instructors-methodologists Valentina Batyanova, Svetlana Badyukova, Nikita Strizhenok, Maxim Sinitsa, Leonid Petrovsky, and Andrey Ershov. I congratulate the staff and all visitors of the physical culture and sports complex on the anniversary and wish them new sporting achievements!"
