In the new year, work continues in the district on the implementation of the application principle of a "one-stop shop".

Following a major upgrade in 2024, new "one-stop shop" premises of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee have opened.

A spacious foyer has been equipped as a comfortable waiting area for citizens to receive appointments. It has everything you need to relax and resolve your issue.

An electronic queue management system has been installed, allowing you to quickly get a ticket and proceed to an appointment with a service specialist. The foyer has soft seating for visitors to relax

or make necessary phone calls. A stationary device for charging mobile phones has been installed. A fresh issue of the district newspaper is available on the table. A water cooler with drinking water and disposable cups has been installed.

You can evaluate the work of the "one-stop shop" by filling out a questionnaire to assess the quality of the "one-stop shop" service. The "one-stop shop" visitor workstation is equipped with a personal computer, a printing device, and Internet access.

In 2024, the "one-stop shop" received 2481 applications for the performance of administrative procedures (2023 – 2085), including 2087 for individuals and 394 for business entities.

The main indicator of the implementation of the "one-stop shop" application principle is the complete collection of documents required for the performance of an administrative procedure by an official of a state body.
