The service is provided to citizens over 18 years of age and families with children at the place of application, regardless of their registration and place of residence. Citizens of the following categories can be accommodated in the "crisis" room: victims of human trafficking, victims of domestic violence, victims of terrorist acts, victims of man-made disasters and natural disasters, orphans and children left without parental care, who arrived in the district upon distribution to their first place of work (for a short period to resolve the issue of providing accommodation).
Due to difficult life circumstances, the following can be accommodated in the "crisis" room: families with minor children; elderly citizens; disabled individuals, as well as young disabled individuals capable of self-care, in the event of the death of their parents or other persons caring for them, until the issue of their further placement is resolved. During the stay of citizens in the crisis room, the domestic and other conditions of their life activities are determined on a self-service basis.
When accommodating families with children, parents are responsible for childcare. During the stay of citizens in the crisis room, the purchase of food, medicine, and personal hygiene products is carried out by them independently. The duration of stay of citizens in the crisis room is determined by the contract and can be extended taking into account the circumstances of the specific life situation.
