Verkhnedvinsk welcomed the "Relay of Victory along the borders of the CIS member states".
A solemn rally was held in the city square, attended by the leadership of the Verkhnedvinsk district, representatives of labor collectives, members of public organizations, and youth. The "Relay of Victory" began its journey from two points: from the Brest Fortress and Murmansk. In a few months, its participants will cover tens of thousands of kilometers along the external borders of the CIS countries. In total, the "Relay of Victory" will travel for more than 140 days along its route.
