The Afghan War left an unhealed wound in the hearts of our compatriots, but at the same time, it showed that the new generation is worthy of the feats of their grandfathers who fought against fascism during the Great Patriotic War.

The events in "hot spots" abroad claimed the lives of many young soldiers, sergeants, and officers. Among them are our countrymen who fulfilled their military duty to the end. We share the pain of mothers and widows, and we bow to the bright memory of the fallen heroes.
On these days, we pay tribute and express gratitude to all servicemen who defended the interests of the Motherland in international military conflicts.
