From January 29, 2025, the Republican preventive campaign "Driving without distractions!" will be held in the city of Verkhnedvinsk and Verkhnedvinsk district by the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Verkhnedvinsk District Department of Internal Affairs. The purpose of the event is to prevent road traffic injuries caused by the use of radio and telephone communication while driving, if it requires holding them in hand or interacting with them by hand. Responsibility entails a fine of up to 2 base units.
