Storage of networks is prohibited!

The Verkhnedvinsk Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora informs that, in accordance with Article 16.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus, the illegal manufacture, acquisition, storage, or sale of tools for catching fish and other aquatic animals, the principles of which are based on the use of electromagnetic fields, sound, and other physical effects that affect them, as well as the illegal sale or storage of fishing nets or net materials: - entails a fine of up to thirty basic units with or without confiscation of the object of the administrative offense, for an individual entrepreneur - up to two hundred basic units with or without confiscation of the object of the administrative offense, and for a legal entity - up to five hundred basic units with or without confiscation of the object of the administrative offense. The Verkhnedvinsk Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora informs that citizens can voluntarily surrender prohibited fishing gear to the inspectorate without any consequences.
