Based on the decision of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee dated April 26, 2024, No. 503 "On the restriction of the sale of alcoholic beverages in the Verkhnedvinsk district," the sale of alcoholic beverages in the district is restricted, with the exception of retail sales in catering establishments for draft consumption: from 08:00 to 11:00 on May 25, 2024 – in connection with events aimed at promoting (popularizing) a healthy lifestyle, preventing drunkenness and alcoholism, combating them, and timed to the "Last Bell" holiday;

from 16:00 to 24:00 on June 14, 2024 – in connection with graduation ceremonies in general secondary education institutions;

from 00:00 to 24:00 on October 3, 2024 – in connection with events aimed at promoting (popularizing) a healthy lifestyle, preventing drunkenness and alcoholism, combating them, and timed to the World Day of Sobriety and the Fight against Alcoholism. The restrictions specified in these points do not apply to the sale of alcoholic beverages by retail outlets engaged in retail trade in connection with ritual, anniversary, or wedding events.
