The victorious spring of 1945 is receding further into history, but the memory of the Great feat of our people does not fade with the years: it is passed down from generation to generation, strengthens our spirit, helps us overcome difficulties, and inspires us to new achievements.

Victory Day is not just a celebration of military glory. It is an exam for all of us living today, for the right to be worthy heirs of the generation of victors.
