From May 1, 2024, amendments to the annex to the Resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus No. 29 of May 30, 2014 "On the working hours of customs authorities at republican customs clearance points" come into force, which establish the working hours of customs authorities at republican customs clearance points.

From May 1, the working hours of customs authorities at republican customs clearance points located in the region of activity of the Vitebsk Customs are as follows:
Orsha Airport - upon request of the airport administration or OOO "Bremino Group",
Vitebsk Airport - upon request of the airport administration,
Bigosovo-1 - around the clock,
Bigosovo-2 - upon request of the transport RUP "Vitebsk Branch of Belarusian Railway",
Polotsk - around the clock,
Urbany - around the clock,
Vidzy - upon request of interested parties.
