From April 27 to May 4, the State Automobile Inspectorate will hold a republican preventive campaign in the Verkhnedvinsk district under the slogan "Motorcyclist!", dedicated to the prevention of road traffic accidents involving motorcyclists, cyclists, and scooter riders: with the arrival of spring and the first warmth, they massively fill the roads of cities and villages.

Thirst for speed, insufficient driving skills, low level of motorcyclist discipline, and the faulty condition of the motorcycle often lead to trouble. In this regard, the State Automobile Inspectorate reminds: it is permitted to participate in road traffic on a motorcycle from the age of 16, provided you have a category "A1" driver's license.
For driving a motorcycle without a license, a fine of 5 to 20 basic units is provided.
