OF THE OPEN MEETING OF THE DISTRICT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Attendance of individuals, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities at the open meeting of the district executive committee is possible only by prior appointment.

Advance registration for those wishing to attend the open meeting of the district executive committee is carried out from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the organizational and personnel work department of the district executive committee (district executive committee administrative building, office 23, phone 6 39 00).

Advance registration for those wishing to attend the open meeting of the district executive committee ends at 1:00 PM on April 18, 2024.

Individuals, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities are registered to attend the open meeting based on their identity document and documents confirming their authority.

The number of attendees at the meeting of the district executive committee cannot exceed the number of seats in the meeting hall.

The use of audio, video equipment, and mobile phones by persons attending the meeting of the district executive committee is not permitted.
