The State Automobile Inspectorate reminds that for electric scooters, gyroscooters, monowheels, segways, and other devices, the traffic rules have introduced a generalized concept of "Personal Mobility Devices" (PMDs).

A person moving on a PMD is considered a pedestrian.
We remind you of the rules for using PMDs:
crossing the roadway on a PMD must be carried out on sidewalks or shoulders, without creating obstacles for pedestrian traffic.

It is prohibited
- to move on a PMD at a speed exceeding 25 km/h or while intoxicated;

- to carry anyone outside of specially equipped seating areas provided for by the PMD design;

- not to hold the handlebars (if present);

- for persons under 14 years of age to use PMDs (except in pedestrian and residential areas).

When using PMDs:

- it is necessary to ensure the braking system and steering are in good working order; it is recommended to wear protective gear – a helmet;

- in the dark and/or in conditions of poor visibility, one must be visible with a reflective element, and the PMD must be
