The Civil Registry Office of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee has summarized the results of its work for 2023
On March 1, 2024, the Civil Registry Office of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee held a seminar-meeting with the heads of rural executive committees, with the participation of specialists from the structural divisions of the district executive committee.
The results of the work for 2023 were summarized, and the goals and objectives in this area of work for 2024 were outlined.
In 2023, the Civil Registry Office received 1973 applications for the performance of administrative procedures. One administrative decision was made to refuse the performance of an administrative procedure, and 2065 decisions were made to perform administrative procedures. The number of documents issued on the registration of civil status acts as a result of the performance of administrative procedures was 2196. Of these, certificates of registration of civil status acts during the registration of civil status acts were 696; 176 duplicate certificates of registration of civil status acts; certificates containing information from civil status act records; on civil status act records - 1264; on the absence of a marriage registration act record - 42; notifications of the absence of a civil status act record - 18. The number of requests sent to civil registry offices, civil registry office archives, state bodies, and other organizations whose competence includes the provision of documents and (or) information necessary for the performance of administrative procedures was 149, of which 16 requests were sent to competent authorities of other states.
670 civil status act records were compiled. 7 marriages with foreign citizens were registered. 47 solemn ceremonies related to marriage registration were held. 12284 rubles of state duty were collected for the performance of administrative procedures, and 882.60 rubles were collected for the provision of additional paid services.
