Attention citizens with illegally occupied land plots!

During an inventory in the Verkhnedvinsk district, over 365 illegally occupied land plots were identified.

Citizens have the right to apply to the local executive committee for the provision of an illegally occupied land plot, if its occupation occurred before September 1, 2022, in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2022 No. 195-Z, only until September 1, 2025.
In 2023, 6 land plots were legalized for citizens in the district, and 22 were voluntarily vacated.
One of the conditions for providing a citizen with an illegally occupied land plot is the payment determined by the cadastral value.
