Major shopping facilities in the city were reminded of safety regulations
These locations in our city included the "Euroopt" and "Mayak" stores. Shoppers of all ages were invited to the small safety islands.
The youngest participant in the event was 8 years old, and the most "experienced" was 84. Regardless of age and occupation, rescuers found an approach to everyone and explained the rules of conduct in various emergency situations.
It turned out that adults are well aware of only the emergency number, while the younger generation proved to be informationally "savvy": the children not only know the number but also automatically explain the sequence of actions in case of fire, from the moment of detection to the use of improvised fire extinguishing means.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations employees could not overlook the topic of the dangers of water bodies. All information on the algorithm for rescuing drowning people was clearly demonstrated in an informational booklet.
Participants in the event had no difficulty naming the main causes of fires.
– Stoves, electrical appliances, children playing with fire, careless smoking… – one of the participants quickly listed all the most common causes of fires.
Rescuers recommended that all parents not leave minor children unattended and teach them the rules of safe behavior. Remember: your safety is in your hands!
