PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCTING

THE OPEN MEETING OF THE DISTRICT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Attendance of individuals, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities at the open meeting of the district executive committee is possible only by prior appointment.

Prior appointment for those wishing to attend the open meeting of the district executive committee is made from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the organizational and personnel work department of the district executive committee (administrative building of the district executive committee, office 23, phone 6 39 00).

Prior appointment for those wishing to attend the open meeting of the district executive committee ends at 1:00 PM on February 16, 2024.

Individuals, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities are registered to attend the open meeting based on an identity document and documents confirming their authority.

The number of attendees at the meeting of the district executive committee cannot exceed the number of seats in the meeting hall.

The use of audio, video equipment, and mobile phones by persons attending the meeting of the district executive committee is not permitted.
