Tomorrow, the laureates of the honorary title "Person of the Year of Vitebsk Region" will be honored.
This year, approximately 50 representatives from various fields have been honored with awards.
From the Verkhnedvinsk district, the following individuals have been nominated for awards:
Gumnenkov Mikhail Petrovich, Director of OJSC "Shaiterovo". It should be noted that Mikhail Petrovich is a laureate for the second time (2017, 2023).
Shakel Roman Leonidovich, Head of the dog service of the "Bigosovo" border outpost of the Polotsk border detachment;
