Не оставляйте мусор на льду!

Do not leave trash on the ice!

Ice fishing enthusiasts are numerous in our country.

Ice makes all parts and depths of a water body accessible. However, when venturing onto the frozen surface, not every angler remembers that a water body is also someone's home, and littering on the ice is akin to scattering garbage while being a guest. At the end of the ice fishing season, water bodies often turn into dumps for all kinds of waste: from sunflower seed husks and cigarette butts to various plastic, tin, and glass containers. All this debris sinks to the bottom every spring.

Anglers must understand the consequences of their actions. And, in accordance with the Rules of Amateur Fishing and the Rules of Fishery Management, they are obliged to maintain the proper sanitary condition of fishing grounds, and prevent their littering and pollution. Otherwise, they may be fined up to 20 basic units.
