Decree No. 155 on horticultural associations comes into force

Decree No. 155 "On Horticultural Cooperatives" comes into force on December 2.

In accordance with clause 3 of the Decree, horticultural cooperatives are obliged to bring their charters into compliance with this Decree within one year after its entry into force and to submit documents to the registering authorities for state registration of amendments and (or) additions made to the charters. The charters of horticultural cooperatives, until they are brought into compliance with this Decree, are valid in the parts not contradicting it.
