In the Verkhnedvinsk district, a competition for the best New Year's decoration of buildings and adjacent territories is being held in 2023

In accordance with the Instructions on the Procedure for Conducting the Competition, organizations, institutions, enterprises, individual entrepreneurs, and private individuals may participate in it.

To become a participant of the competition, it is necessary to:
- by December 25, 2023, complete the New Year's decoration of buildings and adjacent territories;
- submit an application to the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee, describing the work performed, and providing photo and/or video materials of the New Year's decoration.
By January 25, 2024, in each of the nominations, the commission will determine the winners and prize-winners who will be awarded diplomas and cash prizes.
