On August 19, 2023, a specialized fair "School Bazaar" will be held on the square near the "Pro Zapаs" store at 164/1 Sovetskaya Street, Verkhnedvinsk.

Trade tents will be set up on the square from 08:00 to 13:00. Invited to participate in the expanded sale of goods for the school season are:
Verkhnedvinsk branch of Vitebsk Oblyspotrebsouz, OJSC "Svitаnak", SOOO "Polesye", OJSC "Invеt", and other entities.
A wide range of goods for schoolchildren will be offered to buyers: clothing, footwear, school haberdashery, stationery, and other items. Sales will be conducted with discounts.
