An open dialogue, a city tour, the 'Memory of the Heart' project, new acquaintances, and much more were offered to participants and guests at the district festival of Belarusian student teams.

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the Student Detachment.

The head of the district executive committee's education department, Svetlana Yakovleva, the head of the ideology and youth affairs department, Natalia Andreeva, the deputy head of the labor, employment, and social protection department, Tatyana Moskaleyova, and the director of the district historical and local lore museum, Polina Grod, met with the members of the district's student detachments.

Each student detachment has been named after a Hero of the Soviet Union from our district.
This summer, the utility group of housing and communal services is employing members of the student ecological detachment "Proryv" named after Hero of the Soviet Union N.V. Troyan.

Members of the "Lesnoy Patrul" and "Ekologicheskiy Patrul" detachments, named after Hero of the Soviet Union I.M. Kobzun, are employed at the "Verkhnedvinskiy Leskhoz" state forestry institution.

The agricultural detachment "Plamya," named after Hero of the Soviet Union S.A. Zabagonsky, has been formed at JSC "Sokolovshchina."

Representatives of the "Yunye Patrioty" and "Ekologi" student detachments, who have already completed their work in the district organizations, also attended the meeting. The students shared their impressions of their work, whether employers were satisfied with the results of their labor, and their plans for the next work summer.

On the anniversary of the Student Detachment, assignments were ceremoniously presented to the detachments that began their work on August 1st: "Lesnoy Patrul," "Plamya," and "Proryv."

In the town square, the students, together with the first secretary of the BRSM district committee, Alyona Konakh, held the "Pamyat Serdtsa" (Memory of the Heart) campaign.

This celebration is being held in our district for the first time, but it will surely be remembered by all its participants.
