The first meeting of the Council of the Verkhnedvinsk regional branch of the Belarusian party "Belaya Rus" was held in Verkhnedvinsk.

Vasily Ivanovich Gubanov, Chairman of the Verkhnedvinsk District Branch, outlined the key points of the regional founding conference.

The operational mechanism of the branch's governing bodies was discussed, responsibilities were assigned, and the procedure for paying membership fees was determined.
