Kurgan of Friendship

Participants of the international social project "Military-Patriotic Camp "Kurgan Druzhby" (Mound of Friendship), which is currently taking place in the Nevelsky district of the Pskov region, learned about the heroic history of the joint struggle against the fascist invaders during the Great Patriotic War, the history of the Fraternal Partisan Land and the Mound of Friendship.

More than one hundred people represent the Republic of Belarus in this project, including twelve students from the Verkhnedvinsk district.
The youth of the two countries are united not only by a common historical past but also by the friendly ties that are being established and strengthened today!
