Verkhnedvinsk artists are among the winners!

At the XXXIII International Festival of Folk Music "Zvinyats' tsymbaly i harmonik" in Postavy, the titles of laureates of the 1st degree were awarded to the folk music ensemble "Verkhnyadzvinskіya muzyki" - artistic director Maya Rubel, and a trio of accordionists consisting of Maya Rubel, Inna Gorbatova, Igor Novikov (nomination "Duet, Trio") of the Verkhnedvinsk District Center of Culture and Folk Art.
