Congratulations on winning the international competition!

Vladislav Fyodorov, a 10th-grade student at Secondary School No. 2 in Verkhnedvinsk named after Hero of the Soviet Union N.V. Troyan, has become one of the winners of the competition for children's participation in the International Program "Youth of the Commonwealth" in Artek!

The competition was attended by teenagers aged 14-16 from CIS member states who speak Russian, are active in their countries, and are members of children's and youth organizations.

The main goal of the competition is to identify new and support the most deserving participants who have achieved success in the socio-humanitarian sphere of activity and have successfully completed the competition tasks.

The winners were awarded vouchers for the thematic session of 2023 at the Artek International Children's Center. The organizer of the Competition is the Association of Public Associations "National Council of Youth and Children's Associations of Russia." The partner of the competition is the Artek International Children's Center.
