Work with electronic appeals is a matter of particular concern for the Vitebsk Regional Control Committee

Since the beginning of the year, amendments have been made to the legislation on citizens' and legal entities' appeals, providing for the submission of electronic appeals through a unified (integrated) republican information system for recording and processing appeals.

For this purpose, a separate website has been created on the internet (http://обращения.бел/), where those wishing to submit an electronic appeal must register.
In the first quarter, the Committee of State Control received 17 electronic appeals using the new submission form. At the same time, there are complaints from citizens regarding individual business entities due to the impossibility of submitting electronic appeals to these enterprises.
It should be noted that in the new system, appeals can only be submitted to state bodies and state organizations. Non-state-owned enterprises and individual entrepreneurs are not obliged to be users of this system and consider electronic appeals.
In order to exercise the right to appeal to the specified entities, citizens have the right to send a written appeal, including to the book of remarks and suggestions, or an oral appeal during a personal reception.
